It depends on the type of roadway yellow is on, and the signaling/signage at the intersection.

If blue has a prohibitive sign, then obviously yellow has ROW.

If yellow is turning out if a business or driveway or alley, then yellow must yield to all traffic on the roadway, so blue has ROW.

If there is no signage or signaling, or equal signage or signaling, and they arrived simultaneously, then blue has the right of yellow, so blue has ROW.

If there is unequal signage or signaling, then standard intersection rules determine ROW.

Yeah they are. Someone coming in from the left lanes can enter that smaller roundabout and make an effective u-turn, or they can proceed into the larger central roundabout.

Yep. Fun in England! Mix it all in with driving on the other side of the road, and hope you don't find yourself in Swindon as an American.
