  • Slept decent. Didn't get up too early
  • Travel work
  • Diet coke and chocolate poptarts for breakfast
  • Church (done)
  • Now sitting down again to do travel work. Luckily I don't have any clients that will be impacted by the big storm in the northeast. Yesterday I worked 9 hours and it was VERY productive. Now if today can be the same.
  • Trying to figure out if I want to try and go somewhere with my mom for spring break. I really want to take her to Symmes Chapel in Greenville but flights kind of stink. Even thought about LAX since my brother lives there. Probably won't go anywhere but its rare I get 2 days off at spring break and I would take a 3rd. Decisions.
  • Looks like it will be another gorgeous day.

Slept great.

Got to sleep in a bit.

Did a couple hours of chores this morning. Gonna do yard work this late afternoon.

A little work in between. And some guitar practice because I'm not yet comfortable with inversions.

Childhood friend's band is playing at Gruene Hall in about 15 minutes. I'm happy for him. It says 11am on the website but it's noon.

Fuego for breakfast. I do better when I don't eat until I've been up and busy for four hours or so.

Didn't win lotto or Powerball or any of that.

It's a beautiful day outside.

I'll never understand the unfrosted weirdos. If I'm gonna blow calories on a pop-tart, I'm getting the frosting.

These people probably order a cheeseburger with meat, cheese, and bread.

Got to sleep through the night without getting paged. That was outstanding.

Cold, cloudless winter day. 19F this morning and currently 29F on our way to a forecast 32F. Don't have too many cold sunny days left this winter with the increasing sun angle. I'm enjoying this one.

Watching the Aggies playing Penn at Olsen. Grocery shopping later. Need to remember to buy paper plates.

Watched "Interstellar" last night. I typically dislike Matthew McConaughey movies, but his acting is outstanding in this one. I'd seen it before. Benny loved it, although Shawshank is still his favorite that I've made him watch.

Going to watch 2005's "The Protector" tonight. I've never seen it, but it stars Tony Jaa, and he's crazy talented.

It's a 12 hour for snapper, mahi, wahoo & billfish … no overnight … but we're looking to do some tuna out of Venice too this year so it's nice to have 2 for the price of 1

Well was on the way to Hopdoddys and got the call my daughter flipped her car.

She's fine. Will be sore for sure. Haven't talked to her much but will shortly. Mama nerves are at 1000%. I'm sure I'll have a good cry soon. Just got home, was out there over 2 hours between it all.

Our God is an awesome God.

And many thanks to the people who stopped to help her get out of the car. They tilted it so she could pop the back door (suv). Her friends stayed the entire time. Another parent came that was half a mile away before we could get there.

Proud of daughter cause she was smart enough to get the glass buster out that I bought her. The downfalls she tried it on the windshield, which doesn't work. But she gave it a hell of a shot cause there was two huge spiderwebs.

And kudos to Doug with Classic Collision for answering my call on a Sunday.
