Why don't we authorize brands to use our brand? Example is Branded Bills. They have everyone but A&M

Are those the ones that print the words upside down on hats?

I find that irritating as well because I have several of their hats. I also wanted a Johnny-O hat they made that was a white with a block maroon aTm except I really wanted it in maroon and white which they don't make. I finally decided to get they white one and they don't make it anymore either. It's the only hat I've seen in a minute that had the block T and wasn't embroidered so thick it looks 3d like so many you see in the bookstores

It is because of A&M's terrible PR department. If you watched A&M football on TV this last season there wasn't a single commercial (outside of the A&M produced one) that had A&M in it. Plenty of Georgia, Florida, t.u., Mich., OSU,etc., getting publicity during our football game.

Nearly $50 for a cap. No thanks. Still have my original from 1982. Doesn't look as nice as those, but it still works. Even after my grandfather had to sew the plastic size adjuster back in. I think that was around '87 or '88.

I live near Branded Bills HQ and have asked about this. I believe those are blanks sold to MaroonU and finished by them. The college licensed merchandise produced by BB is much nicer. For whatever reason they can't get A&M to license them to produce and sell the quality and variety of merchandise many other schools have.

You just answered the question, thank you. Some local yokel has to get their cut and it's been that way for decades.

They know they could sell lots of Aggie merchandise but can't get the licensing. Look at the college section of their website. Imagine if we had that sweet stuff.

You think A&M created that look? Yes they're stupid but so are you for not realizing that this is hardly an A&M thing. That trend started a while back and every team/school has that stupid option somewhere.

Do they last a lot longer than the '47 or Nike hats I normally get that usually shrink from sweat and heat within a year or so?

You picked one out of 25 or so. The rest are in line with other high quality caps and they're really nice.
