I saw one a couple of days ago on a mid-size SUV (Nissan Rogue or similar) and the plate hade a little heart and then "ABT ME" I told my wife that it was probably driven by a black woman with big hair and obnoxious fingernails. We were able to verify that claim as correct as we passed her.
