Only one official meeting on the schedule today but there are always pop-up meetings. It never fails

Had a good walk last night. The weather was fantastic. I didn't see any other walkers or joggers or even a passing vehicle. It was really quiet

Wife is feeling crummy since yesterday afternoon. She said a number of people have been coming to work sick. That ain't good.

-Slept good but was awake from 3:30-4:30.
-Starbucks coffee
-Getting oil changed at the moment
-Annual physical appt shortly.
-Work
-Finish an Alaska quote at lunch. This late in the game everything is stupid expensive. Client didn't see to balk when I told her first class tickets were over $5k each.
-Kiddo softball against Brenham.

Lumber for fence showed up first thing this morning. Have to say Home Depot did a great job - everything was there and the guy had it offloaded in like 5 minutes. Definitely worth the $79 delivery fee. Have a great Friday!

Currently sunny and 66F on our way up to 86F, which would be a new record high for the day. The average high today is 58F. I have to run my A/C again... in March.

Baseball tonight against #7 UGa. Pitching and fielding had better improve, or it will be a long season of SEC play. I think the fielding will. Not sure about pitching.

NCAA basketball tournament later today.

They told me I needed a tetanus shot because mine lapsed in 2024. I thought we only got those when like we stepped on the rusty nail or something.

And they didn't even give me a cute Band-Aid, they gave me a plain flesh colored one.

Every time I get a physical, they try to give me a tetanus shot because I've never had one. I remind them that I've also not stepped on a rusty nail and will get the shot immediately if I do. I've still never had a tetanus shot.

Then I read that Mean Joe Greene died. This one was wrong so I'm only half as sad.

After ghosting me for two days the seller responded this morning to let me know the Geo Tracker is no longer available. I think he sold it to someone else.

I want to trick out one of these (they top out about 60) and travel the country in it. Will probably look at something to reduce engine noise as well.

One was born on a farm in southern Idaho ~6 years of age. That is Jack in the foreground.
The other is a Georgia born lass of about 3-4. Rescued by a relative during heavy rains. She is Miss Kitty. (Gunsmoke reference) .

she's a beaut. where was it imported from given it is a left hand drive. I expected that to be a right hander.
