Restless sleep last night. Unwelcome dreams

No meetings on schedule but plenty of action items to tackle

This evening do some prep to box up stuff for Household Hazardous Waste event. Boxed up old electronics last night. Go thru chemicals/paints/oils in the garage and shed later or early tomorrow, if there are any

Extended family member in another state passed overnight. She was 42. Man that is young. We knew it was coming at some point but it doesn't make it any easier

My right knee has been sore for a couple of months. I've ignored it, and this morning it popped on the stairs coming back from getting my coffee. I had to hop up the last story and a half of stairs. Took two motrin, but I can't put any weight on it. Busy work day ahead. Don't have time for this. Benny's friend Noah is giving him a ride to school this morning as I don't want to tackle the stairs again. Hoping for a miracle cure today.

Here is an idea:

Don't be a man. Men are terrible about admitting they might need to go to the doctor.

Nobody has time for it. Waiting on a miracle cure for your old-ass knee that has taken a beating for years is a bad plan.

Have you taught Benny how to drive? Better get on that. You might need him to drive you around if you put off taking care of your body.

Found a local sports medicine guy who I'm seeing Monday morning at 10:45. He has great reviews, and I'm shocked I got in to see him so soon. In the meantime, I have a pair of crutches in the storage unit downstairs. I'll ask Benny to get them when he gets back from school. I'm not terribly mobile until he does.
