Kimberly Nowell '00 and her husband Tim Nowell '99 house was completely demolished in the recent San Antonio gas explosion.
Kim, Tim and their youngest daughter Ali were home at the time of the explosion. All 3 are in the hospital with a long road ahead of them. Oldest daughter Kaitlyn, is a current student at Texas A&M.
Kim is a math teacher in San Antonio at MacArthur High School and Tim is a student pastor at Wayside Chapel in San Antonio. I worked with Kim for 5 years at MacArthur and she is a wonderful person and a phenomenal teacher who loves her students.
