Went to Cincy on business and they all raved about their chili mac. It's their regional specialty, like our BBQ or Tex Mex. And it's ****ing awful. It's just canned chili over spaghetti. No wonder midwesterners are so dull.

"Pork and apple pie is a classic savory dish pairing tender pork with sweet-tart apples, often featuring sage, onion, and a buttery pastry crust. Popular variations include British-style pies with pork shoulder, cider, and gravy, or layered pies featuring potatoes. It is best made with firm, tart apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp."
Definitely not mom's apple pie.
