Woke up 5:30

Working from home this morning to meet the LG tech to look at our brand new (45 day old) fridge that is broken.

Trying to get things done ahead of time this week so we can take off early for Baseball regional!

Slept in the same position all night. Woke up 30 minutes before alarm. Walked the Aussie. Wife walked the schipperke. Kitties wanted attention

7am meeting was good

Caught some green lights this morning that usually red a long time

Fire alarm panel by my office is being noisy this morning

- I asked Uncle Mark to call his a/c guy last week bc the air wasn't coming on and it was making this grinding sound before quitting, like it was trying real hard. He called and *****ed about the cost of things and didn't call the guy. Now it's 75 degrees inside the house right now, before the day has started heating. Cool, cool cool cool.
- He'll call them today.
- The problem is that the whole thing needs to be replaced. And that's $Texas that he doesn't want to spend. I get it.

If you pay him rent he needs to fix it. If you don't, you should consider paying for it.

My actual work day, done in AI. I bet I've unloaded half a gallon of water on my calico today. Sad thing is, it doesn't really seem to bother her. She'll go away for about two or three minutes at a time. The other cat leaves the room when I grab my 20oz Diet Dr. Pepper bottle. Not Callie. She continues to bat and bat until I splash. I think we need therapy.

If you pay him rent he needs to fix it. If you don't, you should consider paying for it.

You are suggesting that I spend $18,000 to replace the HVAC system on a house that I do not own and live in as a favor to him if I do not pay rent?
