$100k was my initial thought. But then I considered the 10-15 year rule and how breast implants would likely impact my ability to keep high-level corporate employment.

With that in mind, I'd likely need an up-front lump sum + ongoing compensation for as long as I have the implants. That's on top of the cost of medical expenses/maintenance.

$200k up front + $100k/year

I think my final answer is $1.5MM lump sum payment, paid up front.

I thought of the number as I was typing. My mind was on the value of that sum invested over 15 years vs. the sum of an annual salary over the same amount of time.

$1.5M invested for 15 years would return around $6.7M, which is slightly more than I would make over that amount of time.

Would probably bump that to $2M up front. That would put me conservatively at $5.5M in 10 years and $9MM in 15 years.

An avg of $300k/year over 15 years is $4.5M.
