These people are freaks, wth. I would never eat/drink a single thing that wasn't single use ever again if i found this.

According to the post, the friend did not take the revelation particularly well.

"She totally freaked out, saying this is totally disgusting, and re-washed the mugs I had then taken out from the cupboard AND poured boiling water on them before she would allow me to make her coffee!!"

Uh. I would leave and we wouldn't be friends anymore. I don't even let my kids rinse the dishes unless they have the hot water turned all the way up.

I found out this year that you have to run the hot water at your sink before you turn the dishwasher on. Saw on youtube and was like, "nah, this is bs". Sure enough I open the dishwasher manual and it's right ***king there.

You have to do that to flush the cooled water from the hot water pipes so that only hot water is used by the dishwasher. I don't know why that is the government's fault.

This confuses me. Dishwashers have an electric heating element to heat the water in the Dishwasher. Why would I need to put preheated water into a device that has equipment to heat it's water? That would be like a water heater that needs hot water input to make it work. Make it make sense.

I mean, I have cleaned the toilet tools now and again. I spray them with Clorox cleanup and then rinse them. This does not have to be complicated.

I mean, I have cleaned the toilet tools now and again. I spray them with Clorox cleanup and then rinse them. This does not have to be complicated.


I just flush it after cleaning and then give the brush a few dunk and swirls in the new clean water.

It's not like you throw it away every time. But there's no reason to keep it if it's getting old and gross.

It changed my life when I started buying toilet seats every 5 years or so. You can only clean those *******s so many times before they start to stain forever. Especially with my boys who think aiming is optional
