Woke up at 5 a.m.

73 degrees in the Fort with rain moving in around 9 a.m.

Peddle hula hoops.

Ready for 5 p.m.

Finish working on the race car tomorrow and go racing tomorrow night.

-Diet Coke and antibiotics for breakfast. Maybe a taco later.
-Lots of travel work today.
-Friend coming by this AM to install new water heater parts.
-Go up to rehab facility to sit with a family member to give other family member a rest.
-More travel work
-Hubs come home today!

Hope you're feeling better.

Office work this morning as I mowed both yards yesterday and fixed some stuff in the garage to prevent water from coming in under the door when it rains (pending to see if my handwork will be effective...). I sweat a lot yesterday. A LOT. Damn.

Need to go get my wife's car cleaned as it's buggy. USA futball at 2:00. Overall a chill day that does not require me sweating my ass off.

Got up very late (0900 hrs eastern) and after coffee headed to Kroger. It was senior citizen day because nobody signaled for turns in the huge parking lot.
Have a good day in spite of what humankind and AARP are up to.

Went to bed late after watching Loudermilk clips.

Slept until 6:40 or so

Puppies and kitties have wanted attention today

Tacos were procured and a bagel sammich for the wife

Luckily La Familia and Blue Baker are not far apart

La Familia should limit the drive-thru to people who called in their order ahead of time. If you try to order at the window, no taco for you. Come back, ONE YEAR!!

Chores.

"Fall Prevention Bingo". **** you not I'm sitting in a class with my family member and that is what they are playing.

It's a real thing.

First question I got asked at every checkup for 9 years was "have you had any falls?"

It's especially important for people with peripheral neuropathy in their feet, which thankfully I avoided.

Oh I know it is. I wasn't making light of the subject, more of them turning it into bingo.

• Out at the cabin today and tomorrow to work on the deck
• Made some delicious coffee
• Breaking in my new steel-toe boots
• Intermittent rain and the heat made it super gross out - 85 degrees with 99% humidity

Just walked 3+ miles in Georgia heat and humidity. Felt great. What was even better was a mix: Dr. Pepper Zero plus cranberry juice 60/40.
That was extremely refreshing.
