i'm sad it's over, but i also think it is the right time to end it.

this season has been hit or miss for me. the "morgan as the intersect" episodes were terrible. but some of the other ones have been pretty good.

the shaw episode was good, but i wish they had given that storyline a few episodes instead of just one. it just seemed hurried to me.

It was infuriating! Luckily Project Free TV had my back.

I always get so behind. I've got 3 episodes to watch. I'll savor them though

It hasn't been the same since Season 2, but there have been some good episodes the last two seasons here and there, especially lately. I will miss the characters, but it is time.

Love how the series is finishing up strong. It seems like everyone except Big Mike is in on the spy thing now.

I thought it was a great recap of the show and we got jeffster. I was pleased with it. I am sad.

They really could have played the chuck vs sara for a few episodes. I wish they had a few more to go for this year.

I am sad overall. I thought it was a fun, well done show.

Im with Shaun - could have been better, but adequate. The ending was to be desired - I guess they were going for "you write your own ending" with that. I wanted to see the house with the fence and a baby chuck in the yard doing karate on a dog bc he has the intersect or something. That would have been more in line with the overall goofiness of chuck IMO

So many different ways they could have gone with the last 15min, but by not picking one you let everyone come up with their own ending and no one is upset by a bad "ending". Sad to see the show go, one of my favorite shows to watch over the last few years for sure.

I am glad that the show ended with Chuck having the Intersect again. And I loved all of the callbacks to the first episode.

Just rewatched the 1st episode. There were TONS of callbacks. Sarah breaking into DARPA = Bryce breaking out of DARPA. The obvious ones like the wiener place and the Irene Demova.

The little things is what makes shows liek this and Community great. Continuation of running jokes and themes that make an audience feel more connected to the show.

I'll miss this show. It was really one of a kind, and not made for everyone, but it struck a chord with me.

i didn't start watching chuck until about 18 months ago...i started at season 1 and watched straight through, finishing in time to watch last season live. so having seen the entire series in a relatively short amount of time, my biggest complaint with this last season is that they just tried to cram too much stuff into a shortened season.

i really wish they had just focused on quinn from the start of the season. as it was, i felt like too many storylines were rushed.

i thought the finale was pretty good. i liked the "open" ending.

this show started to suck around the start of s4. even when it was "good", it was still one of those shows you had to watch alone because attempting to explain it to someone was embarrassing.

Just watched the final episode. I didn't love how they concluded the series.

I'll miss this show.

It was a great show, and will be missed.

The ending was absolutely horrible.

Why was the ending horrible? Because it didn't spell the happily ever after out to you?

Inception ended the same way and people loved it.

Here's what I think happened: It doesn't matter! If the kiss gave her all of her memories back, hooray happy ending. If it didn't, it doesn't matter because she had just spent the last few hours falling in love with Chuck again anyways. She ASKED him to kiss her, meaning she felt something there. So, in my mind, not matter what happened with the kiss, Chuck & Sarah have a happy ending.

My only complaint with the finale is that the drawing from the train never came back up. They spent a lot of time foreshadowing that picture, and then he never used it to try to jog her memories.

Watched the train / Finale last night and I feel kinda sad that the show is over.

I've been thinking on how I get attached to characters and then its over and I don't get to enjoy them anymore.

Then I was struck with the thought that I wish they would continue the series in comic book form.

They've done this with Buffy, Jericho, Firefly, and Smallville. Why not Chuck? or Veronica Mars? or Lost? Chuck has already had stories told in graphic novel form so its do-able.

It seems fitting that a show about a nerd who reads comic books would inturn become a comic book.

There actually IS a Chuck comic available. I believe it takes him to a bunch of different countries and through more missions. I believe it's supposed to be set in the 2nd/3rd season time frame.

I haven't read it, so I can't comment on it's quality, but it's there.

right. I know about the graphic novel they've already made. Thats why I think ist do-able for them to continue the series in comic book form if they wanted to.

I had been a big fan of Chuck but stopped watching at some point in the 4th season. Just finished a binge watch of the entire series on Amazon prime and really enjoyed it. Had missed enough and had been long enough that the stories were (mostly) new again.

Binge watching also let me appreciate what a talented actress Yvonne Strahovski is.

Really enjoyed the (re)watch.

I never watched this show during its run. Maybe caught part of an episode part way in.

We "discovered" this show as a family this summer and binged the whole thing. It was probably my favorite show to watch as a family, with two teenagers. Likable characters, comic relief, action, good love story, and kept it pretty wholesome, especially by current standards.

I don't know how popular it was during its heyday, but it really had a great mix.

We just finished watching another show I didn't watch during its prime, Psych, that I feel similarly about. I slightly preferred Chuck at its best.

If anybody has any recommendations that can follow in those footsteps, let me know.

You should try Burn Notice if you haven't seen that yet. It is a little more serious than Psych, but keeps the lighthearted feel of USA Network shows around that time.

It was an ok show ruined by being on network television. 20+ pablum filled episodes most seasons when it would have been 8 or 10 episodes per season on any basic cable or streaming service.

I'll just say after the binge watch, I thought that Lou (sandwich girl) was the best for Chuck. The girl from Smallville was #2, then Sarah, and then Jill (ex from college) was in last place.

Community

Arrested Development

All somewhat similar in my mind.

I loved this show. I binge watched it with my kids last year. They loved it.
I originally hated the finale. But after re-watching, I sort of came around on it.
I think this show is prime for a sequel. Even a special Psych like series of movies would be cool.
