No thats not it. Its just that hes such a whiny baby anymore that I have lost any connection to his character. I almost dont want him to live because of it.

I guess we did see a bit of bold defiance when he told the nazis he wouldnt cook anymore.

i think at that earlier point jesse still thought he was in control of his life.

i think he's broken and realizes that there's nothing he can do to affect the outcome of his life...so he's kind of a mess.

i'm kind of surprised he hasnt attempted to kill himself.

I think that unlike Walt, Jesse actually has a conscience and finally realized how horrible of a person he was and how it was all blood money and that he had never done any real good. All of the money didn't make him happier like he thought it would.

That, and coming to grips with the fact that the one adult male he had any type of friendship/relationship with and trusted in any way had been manipulating and using him the entire time...and not only that, but in his mind, tried to kill brock and now he finds out Walt let his gf die while he just watched.

And now, I think it's kind of understandable why he's a complete f-ing headcase...given the whole "abducted and enslaved by viscious nazis" element.

I couldn't stay away from the thread- you guys and your theories are downright detective worthy.

Walt isn't going to attack Grey Matter- but like someone mentioned earlier- it's the catalyst to send him to ABQ to take back his legacy from the Nazis

Carry on

The second pic is the drive back to ABQ. Remember in the flash forward scene in Denny's when the waitress asks how long it takes to get from NH to ABQ, WW says "about 30 hours if you only stop for gas". Well, after he leaves the bar that's what he does, drives straight to ABQ. The cops search the bar, question the lady in the bar and the bartender, they don't say sh&t, cops decide it's a prank and go back to their donuts.

Here's a theory about what happens in ABQ - he's going there to kill the skinheads and take back his money, his legacy. At this point, what happens to Lydia or Jesse isn't part of his plan, only killing Jack & Co. is. If he comes across them, I don't doubt he'd kill either one, especially Jesse, but that's not on his radar at the moment. He takes the ricin from the house so it doesn't end up killing someone else on accident. That's exactly the kind of "he's not such a bad guy after all" action that's been mixed with his Heisenberg evil throughout the show.

In his plan, he gets to ABQ, buys the M60, mows down Jack et al, and takes the money. Then what?
the phone call with Jr tells him all he needs to know about his family, which is they are gone forever. Even his son wishes he was dead. And he can get the money to them anyway.

But those aholes Gretchen and Elliot! the nerve of them, going on national t.v. and downplaying his role in grey matter, at the same time they're publicizing a $26m gift to a drug abuse treatment center (or whatever). here's his chance to one up them, and prove for once and all that he's better than them - he takes the $70m he took back from the Nazis and gives it to the same drug center. and that's a 2'fer - it tops their donation so he's better, plus it's to a drug center, so it's penance for all of his drug making.

if the screen shot above is to E&Gs house, that's him confronting them and telling them all of this. they represent the purest, earliest non-Heisenberg WW. but he wont be there to kill them.

I'm not sure about that. I think Heisenberg was always dormant in WW, which is why his ego forced him to sell out of Gray Matter after Gretchen spurned him for Elliot.

I appreciate y'all's feedback on my post, and provide the following rebuttal:

I'm not sure about that. I think Heisenberg was always dormant in WW, which is why his ego forced him to sell out of Gray Matter after Gretchen spurned him for Elliot.

I agree H was always been within WW; the duality of man applies to all - better angels of our nature and all of that. And the details of who spurned who are open for debate - if you believe Gretchen, WW dumped her. It seems she comes from a higher class, and WW does not and inside has an inferiority complex. He dumped her and grey matter and hauled ass.

What I meant is the symbolism in the show of the "confrontation" with E&G; "pure" WW being confronted by Heisenberg W.

Don't you agree WW has done certain things along the way that attempt to minimize his evil and reflect the still current good within? This is one such action. Disagree all you like but it's as good a theory as any about uses to which he'll put the ricin. The use on Lydia is too obvious for these guys, and at this point there's no reason for him to want to kill her.

I disagree. They will certainly seize the money if it shows up almost anywhere else, but can you honestly see the DEA taking on the reputational shi%tstorm that would happen if they seized funding for a drug treatment center? That's about the only place it can land that they wont seize. It might be in barrels of cash, or some other way, but no way in hell DEA takes that money from those folks.

Heisenberg is gonna want heavy publicity for the donation for 2 reasons: (1) to stop DEA seizure and (2) to get credit for it. #2 applies to Saul's "turn yourself in, you'll be the modern day John Dillinger" speech in vacuum guy's basement room, and to the ego trip/slap in your face to E&G for trumping their donation.

Yeah, the feds won't let them do that.

I mean, the feds need it to help combat ... the drug problem.

Wait ... yeah, they need it more, because ... well, they are the fed and they know what's best to do with other peoples money.

Can't let it go to waste at some drug treatment facility.

Just finished catching up. Holy ****, the past few episodes have been intense, but Ozymandias especially. BB has easily become the best show of all time. Better than The Wire. Better than the Sopranos.

Also, Tread Lightly is a troll right?
