It was outstanding.

That movie is also notable for including a solid William Zabka bully character.

The 80s had a lot funny and watchable but not particularly good HS movies like that.

Another movie I used to watch anytime it was on was The Toy, which is an odd movie. A kids movie about an ultra rich boy whose dad is blackmailing politicians by using the Klan and may or may not be a racist because the only black people he hires clean toilets and vacuum carpets and buys a black man to entertain him.
