Great last two episodes!

last nights episode was great. i like the flashback possibilities. i think they can mix a few more of those in before its all said and done.

Wasn't really into that whole cat thing

The cat thing was a bit much, but Harvey going off in the end was well worth it.

The Cat storyline is probably the lowest point in this show's run so far. It was pretty terrible and dumb. I think they were just trying to keep Rachel and Louis involved in the show.

Louis is such a great character, we need more of him (without the dumb storylines).

last season was better

this show recovered nicely this past week. back to awesome. hope they keep it up.

great summer ending. I like the upcoming winter episodes with Scotty (I think she is told by Harvey), and Louis finding out Mike's secret. It should make for a great last 6 episodes of the season

Looks like you get your wish. I have a feeling the beginning of next season will be Louis figuring out what his true character is and where his loyalties lie.

Does he blackmail for his own benefit, let his rage loose on Mike (consequences be damned), or does he go with it to make himself part of the "in" crowd and actually help Mike become legit in some way?

Suits is back for the 2nd half of season 3. Should be interesting to see how Louis plays the Mike situation.

Whoo. That was a close one

Love this show. I've never watched season 1 but my wife did and she caught me up a few episodes in to season 2.

I like that almost every show wraps up the primary story line while slowly feeding others. You don't end an episode with a massive cliff hanger that you have to wait another week for.

I've been watching this show since the beginning and it is one of my favorites out there.

I was surprised with the approach they took with Louis as it seems like it is only resolved for the time being. I suspect Harvey to upset Louis and him to use the knowlege of Mike as leverage against Harvey.

And we should all be so lucky as to have a Donna in the office.

I like this show so much better when Harvey and Jessica are working as a team and not against each other.

I also liked that technically Harvey wasn't able to fix the problem. We never really see him fail. He basically made his Hail Mary and then it was all up to Louis.

Keep in mind that Louis believes Mike cheated in that one class. He doesn't realize Mike never went to Harvard. This story line will return.

Yep, except when it happens he'll find out Jessica and Harvey knew the entire time. The writers seem to love toying with Louis by always putting him in the position of following the letter of the law vs. trying to get into being a member of the cool kids club.

I could see him get manipulated by Tanner (or Hardman) into blowing the lid off the ordeal, and then an entire season of Harvey and Jessica trying to repair the firm.

When did we learn about Jessica's ex husband?

Did I or everyone miss an episode?

There was an episode somewhere in there about it she was dealing wih a case for her ex husband. They referenced the case in this new episode I believe.

They basically just put a countdown clock on the show. How long can Mike be Harvey's second before people get curious as to why he's not getting more of his own cases? While that corner is a long way away, Jessica is slowly painting herself into it.

I thought he had already had his own cases? I think the bigger issue is that he can never advance beyond where he is now. Can't work for another law firm. Can't become a partner. As good as the show would have us believe he is, that will start to raise some serious red flags among his colleagues.

Well the show isn't going to end happily so...

this was a really good episode and brought in more depth to all the main characters.

Mike should take that offer and run but he won't unless they just want to send the show after 3 seasons. which wouldn't be a bad thing.

Louis has a little dirt on him and in a few years all of the junior associates are going to start wondering why Mike isn't getting promoted.

My wife and I guessed he'd take the job. There isn't much story line left for him that they haven't already covered unless he moves on.

Great point - it's a good way to end the show although it'd suck to not have more seasons.

They could definitely get some mileage from him working for an investment bank they represent. It opens the story to more long term characters while keeping Mike face to face with the firm for a while.

Wasn't much a fan of this episode. For as smart as the characters are suppose to be they do some pretty dumb stuff. They all know it is a matter of time before Mike is exposed if they keep using him this way. He is too good and others notice. He had is golden ticket but threw it away.

well the whole premise is very unlikely and very plot holish so you kinda have to take it all in as that. i mean does anyone really think a guy like Harvey Specter is going to put his own livelihood and credibility on the line to keep this fraud (Mike) on the payroll? Harvey Specters don't make mistakes like that. then again, it could be argued that Harvey's ego is so big that this is what he's about...thinking he can get away with things like this.

that said, i think this has been easily the BEST half season since season 1. this show has times when you finish an episode and cannot wait until the next episode.

i think the finale is not going to have anything to do with Mike being exposed but him being accused of something entirely different.

a final note, i know lots of people who watched this show season 1 who are starting to tire of the long breaks and short half seasons. this GREAT show is going to start losing some loyal followers fast if they don't start providing more content over a longer period of time. either go to the traditional Sep-May format with 20 episodes or give us 9 episodes in Oct-Jan and another 9 April-June.

Season 3 was awesome.

very solid ending to the season. Looks like the new season is going to start in June so we don't have too much of a wait.

Louis is becoming one of my favorite characters and his one-on-one scense with Harvey are great. I'm glad Scottie is moving on, she added nothing to the show except to be one more whiney, needy little girl.

My favorite part last night was Harold saying "Hey Mike, what's up?" after leaving the interrogation room. I'm glad they find a way to bring him back from time to time.

Next seaon will be interesting now that Mike is quitting, but I have a feeling he is going to try it for a few episodes and then ask Harvey for his old job back.

ya, the Harvey/Mike dynamic makes this show...

and Louis and Harvey time had me all pumped. Its so good.

I thought it was a little odd how the whole interrogation stopped so sudden. After threatening the patriot act, the US attorney sure did back down on his stance of not providing them their lawyers. Guess they had to keep the show moving at a decent pace.

I thought it was clear the US Attorney was just bluffing and using shady tricks to try and get one of them to flip. He even came back and said he checked them out and they weren't terrorists

The last few episodes have been very very good. Hope they can stay on this run of good quality programming and not return to any cat related story lines.

Scotty while hot to look at brought nothing to the table character wise.

I predict Mike's new job will last until the next midseason finale.

I'm not sure there is a more (interesting) character driven show on TV right now. just look at this list of strong/interesting personalities...

and that doesn't even include the main character of Mike.

i'm glad the show is not taking another 5mths off before returning and returning in June instead. its too good to leave those large unwatched gaps.
