I DVR'd all of the episodes last fall when they ran the marathon leading up to the finale and finally got around to finishing the last 2 seasons this summer.
Crazy well done series! I'm still letting it sink in, but it's easily in my top 2-3 of all time. After I've finished processing it and come off of my "high" from watching it, it will likely move to a tie for #1 (with The Wire). They're both awesome, but in different ways. The emotional ride that the last 4 episodes took me on was like nothing I've ever experienced in TV. There have been individual episodes/segments in other series that I would put above any one episode of BB's season 5 but only season 4 of The Wire compares to either of BB's final 2 seasons....but in a much different way.
Nicely done Vince G! Here's hoping you can repeat your magic when it comes to Better Call Saul! If it's half as good as this thing was, I'll be locked in!
