it's hard to name just one. I'm more about the supporting cast and could rattle off dozens.

Currently, my favorite leads may be Jeff Bridges and Anne Hathaway with a nod to Chris Evans and Chris Helmsworth.

What movie was that?

William Powell and James Cagney from the old era, DDL and, believe it or not, Brad Pitt from the modern era.

1: Eastwood (he's getting up there in age, and still producing. i'm not sure if people realize how big a deal its going to be when he's gone)

2: DeNiro (obviously his earlier stuff was way superior to his more recent stuff, but he'll always be one of my favorites)

3: Tie: Norton (what has he NOT been good in? I'm guessing I haven't seen it) , Denzel (again, very few things he hasn't been good in)


On females, I don't really have a favorite that jumps out but I've really come to respect Reese Witherspoon, and Anne Hathaway as well.

I know actresses like Streep, Dench, and McDormand get all the accolades and critical love though.
