Woke up to see it getting absolutely annihilated on Twitter. Are all these mediocre/underperforming blockbusters the price we have to pay for getting one of the greatest blockbusters of all time in Endgame? At least there's still Toy Story, Spider-Man, Tarantino, and Hobbs & Shaw...

Loved Men in Black growing up. Will still see this, though probably not in theaters because of the newborn.

Not expecting much though..

I think Disney really is the savior of this summer.

Endgame, Aladdin, and I have high hopes for TS4 and Lion King.

(Let's ignore the fact that Dark Phoenix is a Disney movie.)

TS4 reviews just dropped as well and apparently it's amazing (no surprise there, I guess).

Still a huge relief. A lot of people have been worried about that one, with 3 being the perfect ending and all.

I also have a great Chris Hemsworth story! I like to think he's one of those celebrities who really is as nice as he seems.

A good friend of mine is a flight attendant, and last year had him on one of her flights. This airline has a lot of celebrities as customers and they have really strict rules about asking for pics and whatnot, but she said he was really friendly and carried on a conversation with all the flight attendants for the whole flight. After they landed he asked her if she wanted to take a pic with him and of course she said she did but it was against the rules. He proceeded to take a pic of them together with his phone and then texted it to her. Of course she would never bother him, but she couldn't resist saving his number in her phone. Her husband still jokes that she looks happier in that pic than she does in their wedding pics.

No, it's really not. This has Fox's stink all over it.

sucks that the initial reviews are not good. that being said, just based on what i've seen in ragnarok and in press for MIB, i'd think that at a minimum, the chemistry between hemsworth and thompson would make at least somewhat enjoyable....right?

That's what the reviews I've seen have said. It's something.

I saw it tonight and really liked it. I was worried after seeing the reviews on Twitter about it being "mediocre" but I thought it was a very entertaining movie and felt fresh to me because all the agents were not Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones. I love the first and the 3rd MIB and like many others hate the 2nd one but this was pretty good I thought. Liam Neeson is awesome as always and Chris Hemsworth is definitely THE MAN.

I also really like Chris Hemsworth in the movie "In the Heart of the Sea" where he plays a whaler and it shows the incident that Herman Melville got the idea for Moby Dick. Hemsworth did a great job in that too. And he was Captain Kirk's Dad. What can't he do lol.

Went yesterday and I'm surprised the reviews for this are as bad as they are. It's not great, but it's a really fun summer popcorn flick and Kumail Nanjiani is seriously hilarious and totally steals the show.

If you're a fan of the MIB series it's worth a watch, this deserves better than its getting IMO.

I'll 3rd the reaction. This was a fun movie. The whole family thought it was good. That typically doesn't coincide with consistent poor reviews in my household.

We are all spoiled given today's entertainment options and it appears reviewers are as well. Movies are graded on a scale where very little is given an A anymore.

Emirates doesn't hire unattractive flight attendants.

Saw the matinee show yesterday. Pretty meh.

I think it's probably better than 3, but that isn't saying much.

Hemsworth is pretty much the only reason this doesn't flat out suck. But it doesn't mean I'll ever see it again.

This might just be a one hit wonder concept where the uniqueness of the first one is what made it a success and the rest have been pretty meh.

That 21 Jumpstreet crossover would have been really interesting.

With how much of a ***** he was with the F&F franchise, and now this, Neal Moritz sounds like a real tool bag.
