Wife and I started watching the first season on Netflix. Probably not for everyone, but I think it is hilarious.

Never liked the lead actor until I started watching this show. Great show and definitely worth the watch.

Stevie is my favorite. Thought that she was good in 12 Monkeys also.

Eugene Levy is the actor, and he and his son are the co-creators and both do a fantastic job.

the back and forth between Stevie and David is the best part of this show.

actually think Chris Elliott is the weakest link, which means it's darn good.

Eugene Levy is fabulous in basically everything he's ever been in.

One of my favorite scenes is between Levy and his son, where he's doing a mock interview for a grocery bagging position.

Eugene: Tell me, why do you want to work for my company?

Son: I don't

(Interview starts over)

Eugene: Why do you want to work for my company?

Son: Because I RAN OUT OF EYE CREAM

My best friend recommended this show and I'm so glad she did! I just wish they had someone else other than Chris Elliot in the show. I'm not a fan of his.

He makes me very uncomfortable, but he was absolutely perfect casting for Roland

BTW,

This (S's Creek) is one of the funniest shows I've seen.

I cannot recommend enough 'Trial and Error' - which is now in limbo for who will pick it up (was on one of the major networks). I purchased season 1 on Amazon and haven't laughed that hard and consistently in a long time. They have a season 2 already finished and aired, with season 3 completed also but waiting on buyer.

I stand by this rec 100% -- watch the show!
