Anybody check this out yet? I really like the concept, though the comedy is a little hit & miss. If you're unfamiliar, it's basically comedians portraying historical figures who roast a guest. First episode is Abraham Lincoln, second is Freddie Mercury, third is Anne Frank.

Started this last night and was really gassed by how much is actually allowed on this. They definitely cross all lines which i appreciate in todays political pc correctness atmosphere. Has some funny stuff. Shock

Edit...i watched rosa parks and MLK episodes.

This sounds about as funny as Drunk History.

Started the first episode and didn't even finish. Way too low brow for me.

I got 2 minutes in and shut it off. I like low-brow comedy, but it was just stupid.

Didn't make it through the first episode - just stumbled upon it without having heard of it, gave it a try, but not funny enough to hold interest.

I'm definitely fine with low brow, goofy humor. Enjoyed the Bash Brothers thing last night.

I can see that. I find it very hit/miss.
I thought Seth Green did a great job as David Bowie, and Rachel Feinstein had a couple killer lines as Anne Frank. Then there were a few weaker ones... Jon Lovitz (FDR) didn't offer too much, and while it was cool to see Mindy Rickles play her father, she didn't really add any comedy value.

It's terrible.

They put no effort into the historical part besides ****ty costumes and an occasional one liners that reference something super basic about the person.

It's like the same effort and quality as a middle school book report done the morning it's due with a quick glance at Wikipedia.

Cleopatra was good. The rest were boring.

What a horribly lazy concept.
