Anyone catch this movie before? I saw it on the Showtime Beyond channel last night.

It seems to have an interesting background story (was supposed to be a sort of sequel to the original Dawn of the Dead) and the flick is not too shabby for its time. There's a scene with a zombie fighting a real tiger shark, so it checks lots of boxes. Boobs and a chick gouging her eye in splintered wood.

The music is actually pretty catchy too. I'm usually not into the splatter/grindhouse stuff from the 70s but this one is an exception.

I can't lie, I got sucked in the other night and watched this one. Not great, but yes the tiger shark v. zombie fight was hilarious. Not to mention that actually took some balls back then with no real special effects to speak of.

Some gratuitous 70's *ahem* cinematography, and some rather crappy acting, but was worth the watch I'd say if you're into that kind of flick. Some pretty gorey stuff, so don't say you weren't warned, chick's eyeball scene might have taken the cake in that department, ha.
