Just looking for some discussion on real life casting changes that may have made a huge difference in the outcome of a show / movie. Can be positive or negative.

I had no idea that Bob Saget was not the first Danny Tanner. My opinion, they made the right call here. Saget just seems so much more natural, and the success speaks for itself.

I forget who was originally cast as Marty McFly, but clearly they made the right call when they changed to Michael J Fox.

There is some footage floating around with stoltz actually in the role before he was let go. Def. weird to see now after all these decades.

GOT dumping Ed Skrein as Daario for another actor I can't name. The new guy was far less of an annoying dbag as Skrein.
