Many times, and once in a theater. The theater experience is a lot of fun.

I think Franco did a good job with the story, acting and how close it was to the actual movie.

Haven't seen The Room but thought Disaster Artist was great.

Saw The Room in a movie theater, followed by Disaster Artist a week later in the same theater. Both very enjoyable experiences

Somebody at my office told me I just "had" to watch this movie. It was going to be funny I was told. I tried it last Thursday and I made it to the "Hi Mark" scene. I couldn't take it anymore & I had to turn it off. I realize it's a "cult film" and others like it and that's fine. I however, will not be trying to finish it. Might check out The Disaster Artist but I'm gonna need a little time.

This movie needs to be watched with Rifftrax commentary.

And I read the book of "The Disaster Artist" and it is an absolutely AMAZING read.

The book is pretty terrible. The guy is as bad of a writer as he is an actor.

Maybe, but the insight he gives into the behind-the-scenes making of the film is fascinating. The movie only shows a portion of what went on.

Except he doesnt do that. The book doesnt have any details on the mystery that is Tommy Wiseau and all of the "insights" provided make the film (like buying the cameras vs renting, like filming in BOTH SD and HD, and many others).
