SIAP but just saw this movie yesterday and it was pretty terrifying. Also, based on a true Story which makes it even more scary. The acting was top notch and it currently has an 88% score on rotten tomatoes.

It kind of has an Exorcism of Emily Rose meets Hereditary vibe to it. I'm not easily scared of horror flicks but this one had me pretty spooked.
