I love a good TV Theme. If you create a show and the opening theme is skippable, you did something very wrong.

Parks and Rec. Everytime I'll look over at my kid and we'll mimic Tom's big goofy grin together when it comes up.

I don't really skip any theme songs that I can think of (we don't binge watch episode after episode) but two that I love and would never think of skipping are The West Wing and Shetland.
