The Man Behind Mr. Robot Is Bringing Battlestar Galactica Back

New streaming series going to be produced for NBC Universal's streaming service in 2020. Not a reboot, possibly a continuation of some sort..

a continuation... to that fraking ending?!

I kept hearing everyone talk about BSG for years... it's something I didn't watch at the time.

After slogging through this earlier this year on Amazon Prime, I have no idea why this show is/was considered good.... what a complete mess this show was.

Talking about making **** up as you go... this was worse than Fringe in the "every season is essentially a different show'... heck, even every 6 episodes it was a new show.

What a trainwreck... and WTF with that ending?!?
Lost had a better ending.

I cannot help that you enjoy crap and have to lash out at people for pointing that out.

They had Caprica for two seasons, and Blood and Chrome was initially setup to be another entry into the franchise iirc. I never got into Caprica, and Blood and Chrome was alright. I'd be fine if this doesn't come to fruition, but I'll probably give it a try if it does.

A franchise that needs to come back is Stargate. And not do another terrible Origins.

This x a million. Don't even need a reboot. Just another series in the universe. I was peeved at the cancellation of SGU

Anyone who didn't like Fringe need not share the rest of their opinions.

*except for that final half season, which was interesting but way too different and shouldn't have been made.

They need a serious budget for that to happen, and I don't know if MGM wants to really invest that much. But yes they do need to wrap up SG-U in a satisfactory way....

I agree that BSG ended poorly, but I thought the first three seasons were great. As far as Fringe goes, I hated the last season and if the show went another year, I may not have watched it. The season 2 season finale may be the best season finale of any show ever.
