There has been a lot of bad episodes of this show, but I think last night's was the worst I've ever seen. That was a steaming pile of s***. Carol hunting a rat and Daryll having some motorcycle trouble. Riveting. I hate myself for continuing to sit through this show.

Came to post this. Just watched it and this episode was one of the biggest piles of crap ever put on tv
So to my understanding.... in 2020 they aired all the episodes except the season finale... and we're almost finished with post... yet, it seems like we don't even get the season 10 finale, just these filler episodes, and this weeks is the last episode and it's about Negan and his wife. Am I correct on that? Cause if so, that's some big BS!!
I'm sure the Negan and his wife episode will be bad, but that is actually an episode that I have always wanted to see. The Negan origin story. I don't have high hopes though on how it will play out.
I'm a week behind but last episode was terrible.

First episode was on Pluto today. Man, what a different time. The week would go by so slowly bc of how much I'd look forward to Sunday night.

For a few seasons now, I've gone to the fast-forward dvr approach. Beyond skipping thru the laughably excessive commercials, I skip thru scenes with crap characters (Carol has become one) and storylines that I don't five a **** about. I will admit the amount of fast forwarding has gotten to the point is exceeding what I'm stopping for, and this week's may have been a record of FFing thru almost all of it. I think the episode with Robert Patrick getting his head caved in is about the only one I watched most of.
Ok... so I might be the only one that feels this way... but that episode... might have been top 5, Maybe even top 3 episodes of the entire series for me. It was one of the most grounded, realistic episodes. Having friends battling cancer currently it hit close to home. And just damn.... that was really good... the worst part was the very end, I really hate Maggie now and the fact she was only brought back because she failed at her other show. Everything minus the very end was nails! I might be biased because I've always really liked the character of Negan, but that back story was just perfect to me.
So all the extra episodes we get... Aaron/Gabriel episode was good... and to me, the Negan episode was amazing. The rest were just completely trash. Another good thing about this Negan episode is I feel like there was never a time and place to have this episode in any season since we first met Negan, it always would have felt out of place to have a whole episode related to his backstory.

I liked it. Like I said, I've always wanted that episode. I know several seasons ago when the Negan character was going full bore, I even mentioned that I wished they'd do a backstory on him on one of the old threads.
This second part of the season with the individual character episodes has been a real beat down... the Carol episode was the worst!
But, the Negan episode was one of the best episodes I've seen on the show in a couple of years! Really well done and did a great job of showing Negan's development into his awful character from the Saviors.

I'd say anyone that gave up on the show.... chances are you know about Negan... I'd watch this weeks episode. Reading lots of comment sections thy follow the show, lots of people loved that episode as much as I did.
Been re-watching the early seasons of TWD.

I can't keep track at this point I've watched every episode made only because I've come so far, and it's almost done I stopped watching Fear, even tho I liked it at first. And I watched one episode of that 3rd spin off series. And was like this sucks, nope.

I watched it, but only because I've been with the show so long that I have to finish it. That being said, I thought the season premiere was actually pretty good. The "sleeping" zombies they showed in this episode seemed new. Have they done that before?

That's exactly where I'm at. I watched this season's premiere last night and couldnt remember who some of the people were but figured it didn't matter because this crap is finally ending. However I thought the premiere was a decent enough episode. It wasn't great but much better than most of the stuff put out the past few years.AMW2010 said:

I too liked the first couple of seasons of Fear but once they went to Texas I just lost interest.
They both lost me. Hard to do. But they really have sucked. Conceptually as much as from an entertainment standpoint. Sticks and spears? Really? In a country with 300 million firearms and only a few survivors?
