I inherited this Simpsons figure from a co-worker but neither of us have any idea who he is. My first thought was that he was one of Herb Powell's employees from the second season episode where Homer designs that car ("Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?"). But I was wrong and I haven't been able to find the answer on Google.

I do know that he's from the 2002 Playmates Toys series according to the stamp on his back, which puts him in Season 14 or earlier.

Anybody got any ideas?
