Don't know why I did a search on a bunch of old movies tonight, but I did find out that the last cast member of the Wizard of Oz, a munchkin, died only last year. Last Casablanca cast member died in 2016.
But...
In addition to the kids in It's Wonderful Life, Virginia Patton, who played Ruth, is still alive.
Olivia De Havilland, who played Melanie in Gone With the Wind - she is 103.
And for Hitchcock fans, Norman Lloyd, from Saboteur is 104.

I think they left Redford and Fonda off of this list. They are both 83.

I didn't see Tippi Hedren on the list, but not sure if Hitchcock films were "golden age" category.
