Not saying I'd go to a show of MCR, FOB, and P@TD, but.....Olsen said:
Maybe they can finally tour with Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, and Twenty One Pilots after all these years.
Throw in blink-182, Jimmy Eat World, Yellowcard, the Ataris, Motion City Soundtrack, MxPx, The Wonder Years, the Get Up Kids, and the Offspring...I would pay a lot for that. The Shank Ag said:

Serious question, those that are into this music, what age where you when you got into these bands?J-Quob said:Throw in blink-182, Jimmy Eat World, Yellowcard, the Ataris, Motion City Soundtrack, MxPx, The Wonder Years, the Get Up Kids, and the Offspring...I would pay a lot for that. The Shank Ag said:

OK.. I was figuring the average fan of this genre would have to be a teen when it came around. Not to knock on it, but it all seems to be a bit immature for someone in their 20s to latch on to for the first time. Just the whole emo part of it I guess.J-Quob said:
For me, I was about 13 when blink got huge (Enema of the state) and then that kind of developed a lot of what I really listened to. I had heard Dookie when it came out because of my aunt who was in college, but I was around 8 or so, so it didn't really make sense to me. After blink, I just started listening to more of the pop-punk, punk, rock, and so on.
So, for me, these are a lot of bands I've listened to for the majority of my life which is kinda weird. I still go to shows for these bands and listen to their new albums when they drop. I'm stoked for Hella Mega (Weezer, Green Day, Fall Out Boy) in 2020. Going to Motion City Soundtrack in January. Saw blink a few months ago. Now, I wait for MCR to announce a big tour.
ugh.. I spent way too much money on pit tickets to that show at the woodlands trying to impress a girl!J-Quob said:
I always wish I could have gone to the Pop Punk Disaster Tour in 2002. I was around 16 and there was no way I would have convinced my dad or anyone to take me. blink, Green Day, and Jimmy Eat World. What a frigging tour.
