Years ago I was with a buddy walking into Pat O'Brien's in New Orleans and my buddy ran into him literally as he was walking out. At first I didn't believe it was him because it looked too dead on: spiky hair, colorful suit and all. I figured there was no way he walked around IRL dressed up like he was in a music video. Later on a bartender told me it really was him. Those pictures in the link confirm he actually goes around in his signature look.

Also he is a model train god.
