How should we determine seeds? I was thinking if we used a platform where everyone submitted their top 10, in order from this list...(favorite = 10 points, 2nd = 9 etc)...then add up total points of the top 64 to determine seeds.

Just like the committee keeps teams from the same conference separate in early rounds, we'll keep the same franchises or sport types separate if we can.

Then we create a voting frequency.

First step is does anyone know of a free 'ranker' tool or should we just create a google form or something?
