Any predictions on how pop culture goes about using the corona virus? Do we expect to see any movies about this or is it too "mundane" to be used?

There probably be a good always sunny (the gang sells ppe) and curb your enthusiasm episode (Larry refuses a cough and shake)

There will be a good Ken Burns style documentary in about 5-10 years .

At least one "come from away" style musical

Probably be some jingoistic Murcia movie about how we kicked the virus's ass.

There will also be a million crappy laugh track shows where the zany character over/under does social distancing

So Magic the Gathering is going the opposite direction and removing their 'Death Corona' card:

A Godzilla crossover for the up coming set. Funny thing is this was designed and printed before the out break. They are caving and won't reprint it and offered an apology.

Funny thing is they have no problem reusing a card called murder, but a non-related Corona name is off limits.

And I'm thinking a lot of sh***y animation of red commie chicoms eating half cooked/still alive bats. It's going to be disgusting and absolutely brutal.

Already saw reference to it on The Resident on Fox. They did have a disclaimer at the start of the show that the premise of the episode was conceived prior to the outbreak. The episode centered around a different virus that gets loose in their hospital, and really only make mention of it once, that at least it (the virus they are dealing with) is not airborne like the coronavirus.

This whole thread sounds like when a comedian goes on a talk show or podcast and describes all the loser fans who come tell them "you know what would be a funny episode - my life".

Also, Randy swears he has is every 10 minutes and, plot twist, gives up smoking weed to help his lungs. Instead he's completely baked off edibles making him more paranoid that he's getting it.

They have already done the gang gets quarantined:

The gang voluntarily quarantine themselves inside of Paddy's in an attempt to keep their singing voices pristine for an upcoming competition when a severe flu outbreak sweeps Philadelphia.
