Did anyone ever watch the UK Series Utopia? 2 seasons of a show about some people that get tangled up in a government conspiracy based on their interest in a graphic novel. Best way I can describe it without giving too much away. I've been wanting to rewatch it lately (if you've seen it before you can probably guess why). It's one of the most interesting shows I've ever seen. Weird, colorful and beautifully shot, interesting characters.

About the only way to watch it these days is by using Amazon Prime with a UK VPN I think. Or the other way that I don't really encourage but have definitely used in the past. In fact, it's so hard to find these days I read an interview with the creator where he said he didn't blame people for pirating copies. I know they are working on an American version of it (originally set for HBO, now on Amazon I believe) with Gillian Flynn attached (originally her and David Fincher, which would have been amazing) but I just don't know that it can live up to the original.

Anyway if you're looking for something new and interesting and can find a way to watch it, give it a try.

Finished Ozark S3 and Locke and Key. Starting Dark but got sidetracked with the Psych marathon on USA last two days.

Along with catching up on all the TV stuff we're currently watching (BCS, Westworld, etc.) watched Yesterday (2019) on HBO Now which was a fascinating premise wasted on a mediocre rom-com.

Watched My All-American (2015) because my father-in-law recorded it. Went in with an open mind, I knew the story was a good one but that it had poor reviews when it came out. It was pretty bad. Cliche and cheesy, even for a generic sports movie. Not to mention you have to listen to a song that sounds an awful lot like Hell repeatedly.

Was TDK just an anomaly for Aaron Eckhart? Seems like he has been in some terrible movies since then.

Currently jumping around between The Boys on Amazon, The Vietnam War by Novick and Burns on Netflix and Letterkenny on Hulu. It all depends on my mood at the time I set down to watch something.

Been watching a bunch of random movies these past few weeks. Everything from Train to Busan (2016, Netflix), a Korean Zombie movie, to some classics on Disney Plus like Cool Runnings. Also Swingers (1996, Hulu) because I've never actually seen it all the way through. It's money baby.

As far as TV goes, BCS is finished, Westworld is winding down, we finished Little Fires Everywhere (Still pretty meh to me), and I'm rewatching Peep Show on Hulu at the moment because it never gets old.
