I like it! Schooled is good as well.
Our first VCR is the model you see in the credits.
That drew me in at first.
As a child of the eighties, the show is pretty good.

Very enjoyable. Barry is nails those first seasons!
There's a lot of yelling, but Hayley Orrantia makes up for it.
I started with it for the 80's nostalgia but stayed because it's pretty funny. They do yell a lot. And always seem to re-learn the same lesson.
Schooled is finding its groove too. But I'd watch it just for Tim Meadows.

Yep, I've been all in on Goldberg's since day 1. It's basically the show I've been waiting for since "That 80s Show" or "Freaks and Geeks".
The yelling did take some getting used to. Lazy acting and writing for that component. But overall the show somehow wins.

I'd somehow never even heard of this show until this past Christmas when my Mom made me watch a couple of episodes and now I've seen them all and and a huge fan of it as well.
Barry is awesome and I love the young Adam in the first two seasons. If you were a kid in the 80's like I was then you're bound to enjoy it.

If you like that I also recommend Fresh Off The Boat, it is to the 90s what The Goldbergs is to the 80s.
Have been all-in since the pilot aired. I have no idea why Bev has never gotten best actress in a comedy Emmy love. She is amazing.

We just started watching it last year as well. Still trying to catch up to season 6.
But great show.

I found this show about a year and half ago. It's my favorite sit com currently being made. There aren't many traditional family sitcoms out there anymore, and most suck. This is one of the few good ones. I've caught a couple of Fresh of the Boat episodes, and it also looks good, but I haven't had time to really get into it.

We've been watching since the pilot's original air date, have the first 2 seasons (i.e. the best ones) on DVD, and revisit via Hulu.

I get the biggest kick out of the details in the background - so spot on. Someone really did their homework. I've seen so many random items in the background that we actually had.
And yes, the lesson at the end is pretty much the same every time, but I still love the way they execute it with the PERFECT song selection for the outro.

It's like an 80's version of The Wonder Years that doesn't take itself too seriously. But maybe that comes with the decade as opposed to the 60's.
I love pop, especially when he has to be the voice of reason.
If you happen to binge this on Hulu make sure it doesn't skip S5 E14. Hulu has two episodes listed as S5 E14, one of which was actually a pilot for a spinoff. But after watching that one Hulu tried to move on to episode 15 without playing the real episode 14.
Now on season 4. This is so awesome.
