I think he appeared on every tv show ever made.

I just so him twice in the past two days: yesterday I watched an episode of Community where Abed imagined that Fred portrayed Pierce in a tv show based on them and just this morning I was watching Wall-E and he was the only live character in the movie.

And he completely stole the movie "Best in Show." He just killed it.

An absolute scene-stealer on Best in Show, and that's really saying something considering the cast.

Fantastic in Anchorman, especially when his son's school would call.

Showed up on The Bachelor/Bachelorette the last few seasons doing color commentary on "athletic competitions" among the contestants and was funny as hell ripping into those idiots

He's so good in all the Christopher Guest movies. The role in Spinal Tap is super small but he 100% steals the scene.
