Not going to argue that. But I will say that even in normal circumstances, when there is a person who a friend wants to set you up with, the odds of it actually happening are pretty slim until there is an actual date given. Make no mistake, IF my friend Courtney had said that she wanted me to meet JLH on Saturday next week, or had actually set a real date for us getting together, or JLH had told her she wanted to meet me, etc I would have gone. Period. Remember, she said she "wanted" to set us up, which JLH may or may not have even been the least bit interested in doing or even known about. And I did tell her that if she had anything concrete, to let me know. Plane tickets are very easy to get.MuckRaker96 said:if this is true, you are the stupidest person to ever exist in the entire history of mankind.Capitol Ag said:True story: A very good friend of mine moved from Austin to LA to become an actress. Her life long dream. It never transpired. But in the process she said (no idea if true but she wasn't one to lie really and so probably was) she would hang out and was good friends with Hewitt. My friend wanted me to come out to LA to hang out and I just was never able to. But one thing she wanted to do was "set me up" with Jennifer as she thought we would get along great personality wise. Again, no way to know if it's 100% true, I never went out there. But that's the story I'm sticking to! To this day I tell my wife it was between her and JLH.bonfarr said:
2004 JLH was pretty hot too.
Courtney could have also been caught up in all the Hollywood and LA excitement and gotten a little carried away with her stories. Which is why it's more of a running joke between me and my wife.
