Saw this over the weekend and thought it was great. I'm assuming it was supposed to go to theaters but was just released directly to amazon.

I thought the acting was great and the story is nonstop tension. Currently 90% on rotten tomatoes.

Check it out if you want a good new war movie. Must have been hell being at that post. They were basically just sitting ducks, seemingly for no reason.

Worth watching as well.

Excellent movie and a very nice tribute to the soldiers. Thought Caleb Landry Jones was excellent but he always plays slightly unhinged (or completely unhinged) characters like in Twin Peaks. Still I would love to see him get some Oscar love but not sure how that will work this year.

Great movie. I do not understand why the hell we had a camp completely exposed like that.

Anyone have any background on that? Just insane.

I watched the movie last week and am reading the book now. The book goes into more detail about the background of the base. Basically, an officer was looking for another notch on his resume even though there were numerous red flags that should've stopped it.
