And parked sort of far away for an empty parking lot. Possibly was under the influence.?

Or she didn't want her expensive SUV to be damaged by other cars parking next to it.

They confirmed it was her, says no foul play or suicide suspected. They think they were swimming and she boosted her son into the boat and then she accidentally drowned. Also said her boat was unanchored...with strong currents its easy to see how you could accidentally get pulled far from your boat and drown.
