It's pretty great. I'm thankful Brad Pitt and the original actress that was going to play Penny Lane dropped out. It's damn near perfect in my book as it is now.

One thing I didn't pick up on the first few times viewing this was Banner's quote of "you guys are so screwed now!" He was the only Avenger who had seen Thor at his new and improved power.

There is not a frame of this entire sequence that isn't perfect. Some of the greatest stunt work ever filmed.
I think it's mainly due to the score and the way it was shot, but I'm a sucker for the epiphany scene in the original Manhunter. Michael Mann was a master at exposition shots.
until you realize Indy did not affect the outcome of Raiders at all.
If Indy doesn't intervene the Nazi's get the medallion, find the ark, open it and die. The only possible thing he accomplished was they might have killed Marion in the process of getting the medallion. So maybe he saved her life.
But alas.....still a great adventure movies so much so that nobody cares that it's just a fun ride.

"It's a high speed chase, you just had to have the 4x4, didn't you?!" Was just watching this and died laughing at that whole scene. Ethan and Benji running into the crew while chasing Ilsa, and Ethan is still in a fog from being resuscitated.
For me, one of the most stressful scenes I have seen in a movie. God, do I hate heights... Not to mention the chase through the sandstorm coming up next.

Also, on another end of the spectrum, this movie's one scene in particular is so gruesome itll haunt you for years. I highly dont recommend watching.

And if they had found her, then the ark gets stranded on the island after being opened, instead of being studied by top...men.

Isn't the third shot just another view of the second shot? I do wonder why the horse jumped at the shotgun and not all of the pistol fire?
This scene has always stuck in my head.
Tim Hanks yelling and Tom Cruise running. No director should ever leave those skills out.
