Well one thing is certain -- Interstellar did not go gentle into that good night. (Though it did go... )

Round 2:
1. The Dark Knight (91.7%) vs 4. Memento (8.3%)
2. Inception (68.1%) vs 3. Black Hawk Down (31.9%)
3. Interstellar (44.4%) vs 2. Alien (55.6%)
4. The Prestige (18.1%) vs 1. Gladiator (81.9%)

Voted Nolan again, even though I suspect Gladiator to win out I can't help but vote for my favorite movie. For how complex the plot is, there is no plot hole to found at the end which is amazing.

Since Interstellar is out, just wanted to remind everyone of the greatness of this scene.

Saw this movie at the biggest IMAX screen available in NYC, and it's one of my favorite theatrical experiences ever.

1. The Dark Knight (72%) vs Alien (28%)

Probably not much of a surprise to anyone, but both Inception and Alien put up a respectable fight. Gonna pit them against each other for a consolation matchup.

Gladiator is like a great musician who died young - they managed to never make a sequel to it or a prequel to it despite frequent rumors, so you never got watered-down versions that tried to replicate the success of the original when that was impossible. Thus, it wins my vote.

I'm kind of on board with this. It's great. I love it. But I don't think it's in my top 10 all time. Dark Knight was an easy choice.

Plus, it's so long.
