I just discovered this show

And it made me want to go back for a trip to Texas so I could justify two days In New Orleans.

I miss good food.

I'm going to NOLA for a bachelor party in a couple weeks and tacking on a week in Houston to see family as well.

Based on his show and some other recs I am going to make sure to get Turkey and the Wolf when I'm there... in addition to the many other great meals I'll have

He's kind of weird but seems like a good guy. We do make fun of that expression he makes. We like the segments with his parents except at the end of the last season.

Part of the fun is making fun of him and his crazy weird dorky expressions.

With that said, I find the show to be really great. Just watched the San Fran episode and it's now one of my favorites.

Somebody needs to buy him some new shoes.

Some friends of ours just moved to NO and said many of the small restaurants are shut down right now. Call ahead before you show up.

Wife and I love this show. He's such a dork but love the places he goes. Really enjoyed the NOLA episode and the new Mississippi Delta one.
