The Last American Virgin is the winner. I saw that as an early teenager, and until this day I feel for that dude. When I hear "Just Once" (specifically the piano intro) it takes me immediately back. Devastating.

First of all, love that movie. Second of all, Autumn at the end was much more attractive than Summer and probably had more in common with our boy. That was a great ending!

A few minutes of something you never see truly come to fruition doesn't make up for the heartbreak that is the first 1:40 of it all. Even if it was a Minka Kelly...
I know a lot of people like it, but if you read around the interwebz I'm far from alone.

Part of what made that movie tough for me is that ZD plays the same type of Unattainable character In All the Real Girls. And I had just seen that a few weeks earlier on cable and was hoping for a more uplifting movie. Of course they literally tell you in the opening 30 seconds that it's not a love story, so I guess it's on me for still watching.
But those 2 back to back turned me off from her movies for a while.
