He would be mine as well since I have already had a beer with Chuck Norris at The Chicken. I was with a friend that had installed custom pool lights for Clay Walker at his ranch somewhere near Navasota and clay called my friend and asked him to meet up at the Chicken as he wanted to introduce him to a new potential client. Lo and behold, we had beers with Clay Walker and Chuck Norris. Not sure how but I ended up paying the tab. I was just the bystander

These questions always puzzle me. There are some actors and actresses that seem down to earth and everything, but what would I have to talk to them about and why would I like to meet them?

I've never been the type to be star struck. Have had the chance to shoot the **** with some of my favorite bands after shows to get some piece of swag signed, and some of them were pretty cool guys... but I don't necessarily need to have a beer with them and I didn't have anything more to say to them than, "thanks for a great show."

I guess it would be interesting to talk to Chris Pratt about how deals with his faith and being in Hollywood. That would be a subject we could discuss and I would find interesting.

I've said many times that my man-crushes are Paul Rudd and Ryan Reynolds, but I wouldn't necessarily have anything to say to them.

As for actresses, it's not like I have a shot with any of them, so meeting them wouldn't be more than, "Hi", then I'm out.

Sorry to be a wet blanket.

Dude just seems pretty awesome.

I am split on this one.

He would either make me feel like the most important, most interesting person in the world. Or make me feel like a terrible person by comparison

Either way, I would give him **** about Mazes and Monsters

I'd pick Walton Goggins. I'd want him to pretend to be Boyd Crowder the whole time though.
For actress, either Kate Beckinsale or Jennifer Aniston

Circa 2013, I was once hanging out with Turtle from Entourage, along with his boxing coach and Fox's NFL talking head, Jay Glazer. I may or may not have had one too many drinks, proceeded to berate Turtle for having never seen HBO's The Wire, made all the more unacceptable, as I explained to him, by him being on "HBO's second most popular show" at the time, and then got in an argument with Glazer about how good Manziel was going to be in the NFL (shocker: Glazer wasn't having it). In other words, do what I did, have a few drinks, berate them a little, and then argue ridiculous, embarrassing points as if you know more about their professional field of expertise than they do. It's always a sound strategy.

I knew a guy who shot craps in Vegas with Adam Sandler and the guy hit like 7 or 8 points in a row. Adam started calling him out with, "You da man!" And they ended up hanging out and Sandler invited him up to a party at his suite. The guy I knew said that Sandler spent the entire night talking to him and said that my friend was the only guy in the room that would tell him the truth because everybody else would be worried they'd be cut off.

On the Anniston front, who was the dude here whose wife made a movie with her? He may know but I remember him saying she was really nice to the crew.

For me it would be Norman Lloyd on the men's side. You might say who and why? He was the head master in dead poets society, he is 106 years old and still alive. The stories he could tell all the way back to WW1 in his personal life and the golden age in his professional life would be priceless. Assuming he's coherent.0

On the women's side, Betty White. For many of the same reasons, but also because it's. Betty freakin White.

Passed away at 106. That's a life.

I think Jack Black and Aidy Bryant would be on my list. They both seem like a lot of fun.

My wife wrote a book that was turned into a Netflix movie and Dolly Parton ended up writing 6 original songs for the soundtrack which was produced by Linda Perry. We ended up with a small cameo in the movie and got to meet some pretty cool people as a result of the whole process.

-Jennifer Aniston is super nice and very down to earth. Just an all around kind person. She paid for a coffee and cookie truck for the cast and crew while we were on set. She had wrapped earlier that day and they were shooting overnights. She gave lots of advice and did some cool things because she wanted the new cast members to have successful careers.

-Dolly Parton is an absolute trip. She is just as hilarious and quick witted as she seems. She is also incredibly business savvy. I was shocked at how tiny of a person she actually is. I mean I could wrap one arm entirely around her waist.

-Adam Sandler is just a chill and funny dude. We sat next to him and his family at a premier and he was just chatting with us about all sorts of things. He was singing along to all the Dolly Parton songs and cracking jokes. It was kind of like having our personal standup commentary for the movie.

Actor - Keanu Reeves, Bruce Willis (although I'm afraid he'd be an "I'm a star" type), Ryan Reynolds/Hugh Jackman together

Actress - Jennifer Aniston or Gal Gadot for the "crush" factor, Betty White or Helen Mirren for the "awesome" factor

I mostly agree. There are only a couple who strike as interesting enough in interviews to think they'd be interesting to try to have a conversation with. Robert Duval, for example, isn't just my favorite actor, but he seems like someone who would be fascinating to talk to (or just get him talking and sit back and listen).

With a time machine, Ben Johnson is one I would've loved to have met. Watching this interview made me wish I could have a beer with and listen to him talk. A real cowboy who kind of fell into acting, working under John Wayne and Ford, and ended up with an academy award for Last Picture Show. And kept working through the mid 90's. and oh yeah, he was buddies with Benny Binion.

Generally, though, there are a few stand up comedians I'd be a whole lot more interested in talking to than most actors.
