I have several,

For Over Ear:

The best quality I have found is the B&W P5 (not noise canceling)

The best noise cancelling is the Bose 35 II

I just got the Apple AirPods Max this morning and have not had a change to really test, but they are comfortable.

For In Ear:

The Sennhiemer momentum true wireless

Absolutely love my Sony WH-1000XM3s over ears. Great sound and great noise cancelling.

Edit. My dumb a thought you said wired. The PX I bought to replace are great. Think they have a new over ear.
