The show stars Bryan Cranston as a New Orleans judge entangled with a mob family to try to protect his son. I am six episodes in and really enjoying it so far. It gets intense as an accident devolves into drama and scheming for self preservation.
I am not comparing this show to Cranston's Breaking Bad but there are some similarities between the 2 characters and you see shades of Walter White in the performance.
After watching and liking the first episode I looked at some reviews and was surpried the Rotten Tomatoes score was so low but other reviews are more kind. I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars.
