Have any of you seen "Plebs" on Amazon? I just watched the first 3 episodes and it was hilarious!
It's a sitcom that reminds me a lot of "Workaholics" or "Broad City" that aired here in the US. It has similar kind of absurd & raunchy feel to it, but without the stoner aspect so far. Otherwise a lot of it feels the same along with tons of typical young single adult sit-com aspects about roomates:
Three slacker male roomates
One is more straight-laced & nerdy, one is a sex-crazed & fun-loving, and the other is a total half-wit
Two of them work together at an office in the copy room. Lots of great scenes w/ their coworkers at the office.
The straight-laced guy is trying to hook up with the super hot chick who lives in their building
Every episode involves some over-the-top crazy hijinks
But here's the kicker...the whole thing is set in Ancient Rome, 27 BC.
So the half-wit roomate is their slave. Instead of going to a party, it's an orgy. Instead of going to the stadium for a ball game, they go to the coliseum to watch gladiators.
It sounds ridiculous, but it totally works.
