searched and didnt see a thread so was curious if anybody else saw this. Its a crime film set in the deep south about a couple drug runners working for the dixie mafia. Liam hemsworth and clarke duke are the leads, with vince vaughn, john malkovich, vivica fox in supporting roles.

yea, i knew when i saw that it only got 40% on RT that id probly like it, but im biased for southern gothic/noir films.

and in hindsight, that trailer gives away way too much of the movie IMO. Basically everything but the end, and the flashbacks to how everything started. Par for the course these days though

It's actually written and directed by Clark Duke, interesting.
I remember he and Michael Cera were collaborators back about a decade ago.

Thought it was a pretty unique and enjoyable movie. I'm glad I didn't watch the trailer beforehand.

Really enjoyed this movie. Wish they would release the soundtrack. The Hank JR cover by The Flaming Lips was great!
