For me, it's - of all things - Star Trek Deep Space Nine.
I'm in the middle of watching it again for like the 4th or 5th time. When doing this, you can skip around certain episodes 'cause it's not like you're missing something. I'd forgotten how good the writing got as the show proceeded. How, as opposed to other Star Treks, it's not all "gee the future is Utopia" but instead is darker and grittier, with plenty of crime, graft, and all things human.
